Fall Youth Recruitment
Fall Youth Recruitment is shaping up well in Trailblazer, however, there is still plenty of recruiting to do. Packs should continue to flyer and promote Pack events and meetings through October. Troops and Crews should be sure to hold at least one open house or bring a friend night in the month of October. There are plenty of recruiting materials to help with each of these types of events. Please contact Rhonda Christoffers for more information.
Each unit should prepare a new unit roster sometime in October. Please submit a roster to Ryan Wilfahrt no later than November 5th. It is important that each individual within a unit is registered so they are receiving all of the benefits of membership with the BSA. Email rosters to Ryan.
Roundtables
Roundtables are a very valuable tool for your unit. Each month important information is distributed, trainings are held and leaders are given the opportunity to share experiences with one another. Please make sure the leaders of your unit are taking advantage of this valuable resource. Roundtables are held at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Willmar at 7PM on the first Thursday of each month.
